故障艺术把技术失败当作主体与材料:压缩块、通道滑移、断裂的扫描顺序与软件报错,把原本被顺滑图像藏起来的系统显露出来。它起源于 1970 年代末的视频信号实验与 2000 年代的网络艺术,在 Rosa Menkman 等人的写作里被整理成一种数字艺术话语。成功的例子会保留足够的源结构,让观者读出哪里坏了、坏的方式如何重组了画面。

Use the attached image as the source. Preserve its original subject, composition, and aspect ratio as much as possible. Apply this visual style: Apply selective digital signal damage around edges, background zones, highlights, and secondary details. Use a nearly black-and-white base with red, cyan, and violet channel errors, cold monitor light, visible screen pixels, torn subtitle fragments, broken timestamps, buffering bars, exposed pixel grids, codec blocks, and horizontal scan-band displacement. Keep one clean visual anchor so the image remains readable. Avoid: clean cyberpunk polish, uniform noise overlays, or distortion applied equally to the whole image.
